Gardner® Flexx-Gard™ is a rubberized, premium, fibered asphalt coating for waterproofing roofs and foundations. Its unique blend of rubber and reinforcing fibers provides strength and flexibility for a durable lasting waterproof seal, as well as superior crack resistance. Flexx-Gard™ has exceptional adhesion to existing roofing, masonry, wood, and metal surfaces. For roofs, Flexx-Gard™ seals worn out areas and leaves a tough, flexible black waterproof seal. Great base coat for use prior to applying reflective roof coatings. For foundations, FlexxGard™ weatherproofs, seals, and preserves below-grade surfaces including masonry, wood, and metal. Flexx-Gard™ is a multi-use product that forms a tough rubberized seal on a variety of surfaces.
