It has a Lifetime Warranty.Q: What are the advantages of Eterna-Kote Silicone over rubber-based products?A: Eterna-Kote is one step process – just clean and paint. No topcoat is required. Other products that do not contain UV inhibitors, such as most rubber-based products, require a topcoat to protect them.Q: Can I use Eterna-Kote in a basement to stop water coming through?A: Yes, you can but we have a much better product for this purpose on our website called Flexx-Gard. It is a black rubber-based product that is designed to be used on foundations in the ground. If you are using Flexx-Gard in other situations, like a roof, it will last for a few years but will not last as long as Eterna-Kote Silicone. Ideally, if you are using Flexx-Gard on a roof it needs to be topcoat painted as it does not have UV inhibitors in the product anything like Eterna Kote Silicone.
Our Flexx-Gard product is similar to other rubber-based products sold on the market
